Catholic Schools Week

Dear Diary,

I am sitting here after school in the computer lab downstairs. If you look at the time, I got out a little earlier compared to the usual time of 3:09. Thursday's are always early release.

Today was pretty interesting. I am in Student Council, and this week is Catholic Spirits Week. So this entire week we have had special things to do for each day. Monday was Flanel Pants Day (Keep in mind we wear Uniforms), Tuesday was CrAzY Hat day, yesterday was Salade Dressing day where each class dressed up as a Salade Dressing. Seniors were Caesar, Juniors -1000 Island, Sophomores - Rance, and Freshmen - Oriental. I think the freshmen got the best deal out of us all. Anyway, and today for thursday we had a Student/Teacher swap, where some teachers would switch places with some Student Council students. The students would teach the teachers classes and the teachers (optional) become a student and wear a uniform and walk around to the students schedule. It was pretty interesting when one of my male teachers wore one of Uniforms. He even wore a wig to top of the array. It was quite a site. I laughed for a good few minutes and then it quickly died down as I entered french knowing I didn't study for the test. ::SIGH:: My friend, Jennifer, gave me a CD to listen to because she wanted me to listen to "Fire and Rain" by John Taylor. Some very interesting country song. I enjoyed it and listened to the CD until 3rd hour and then got my CD from my sister's car. So basically I have been listening to music all day and I screwed all my classes by not listening.

It was a good day. Long, tiring, stressful, and absolutely normal. But very good nonetheless. There was nothing too special about today. I just didn't let anything to get to me. Mainly because I thought happily of Romeo all day and listened to my happy song. So, I'm good. I hope tomorrow is this great.

With care,
Mayms
