ndslotesse's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Full of nostalgia and the silence is screaming Dear Diary, I'm sitting here pretty late at night and my entire family is already in bed sleeping and dreaming away. Insomnia is such a bitch. For some reason, unknown to me, I have this aching feeling of emptiness. I don't know where it's coming from directly. It has the same feel as nostalgia. Like when you have a family get together at your house, there are over 50 people roaming through your refrigerator and taking all the time in the bathroom. You always have someone to talk to and the entire house is full of warm fuzzy bunny-feelings. Like the holidays. But then after the get-together is over, and they all leave the silence is screaming. That's how I feel right now. Full of nostalgia and the silence is screaming. The worst part is not knowing where it's coming from. Usually if I get nostalgia it is because I had 50 family relatives over but that hasn't happened in a while. So why now? So why do I feel nostalgic. It's the strangest thing...feeling a certain way and you don't even know why.
